Booking Information

Check-In:

3 PM

Your booked room will be available to you no later than 3 PM.

Check-In at the reception is possible from 8 AM. If your room is already ready, you are welcome to move in immediately.

If your booked room is not ready upon your arrival, you are welcome to already use the amenities of our hotel (pools, included lunch for the children, playrooms, …) of course, free of charge!

We will notify you as soon as you can settle into your holiday home!

We are happy to assist you with your luggage – just let us know at the reception!

Check-Out:

10 AM

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 AM, settle your bill at the reception, and return the key card.

You are welcome to stay at our hotel after check-out and use the amenities (pools, included lunch for the children, etc…). Of course, free of charge.

A late check-out is possible depending on availability and will be charged accordingly. Please contact the reception.

We are happy to assist you with your luggage – just let us know at the reception!

Unless otherwise communicated, we refer to the cancellation policy according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms:

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the booked arrangement price
• 1 month to 1 week before arroval: 70% of the booked arrangement price
• 1 week before arrival or no-show: 90% of the booked arrangement price

Cancellations must always be made in writing via email. Of course, you can also inform us by phone in advance.

You can also find the cancellation policy in your personalized offer and booking confirmation.

Upon completion of your booking, a deposit of 30% of the booked arrangement price is due within 14 days.

The exact amount of the deposit, as well as our bank details, can be found in your booking confirmation.

Alternatively, a deposit can also be made by credit card. Please contact us by phone at +43 6541 63220 for this.

Requested deposit:

• 30% within 14 days after booking confirmation

Settlement of the bill:

• At the end of your stay at the reception
• Alternatively, it is also possible the day before until 8.30 PM.
• An additional deposit via bank transfer in advance or on-site at the reception is, of course, always possible!

We accept Cash, Debit Cards, MasterCard and VISA.

Please make bank transfers at least three days before your planned departure.

The prices on our website are ‘starting from’ prices.

In case of (unexpected) high demand, our prices may adjust accordingly and change at short notice (Dynamic Pricing).

Our prices refer to half-board or Kids All-In

Alternatively, you can book with breakfast only. Please mention this request explicitly when making your inquiry!

Dogs are warmly welcome at our place. We charge €25 per day (excluding food). Please bring your own dog blanket.

Valid insurance papers must be presented upon request (in case of damage).

Please note that your four-legged companion is not allowed access to the pools, wellness area, and restaurants. Thank you for your understanding!

Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your dog with you on your holiday to our hotel!
