If your room is already ready, you are welcome to move in immediately. <\/p>\n<p>If your booked room is not ready upon your arrival, you are welcome to already use the amenities of our hotel (pools, included lunch for the children, playrooms, &#8230;) of course, free of charge!<\/p>\n<p>We will notify you as soon as you can settle into your holiday home!<\/p>\n<p>We are happy to assist you with your luggage &#8211; just let us know at the reception!<\/p><\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n                    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\r\n                <div class=\"accordion-title\">Check-Out<\/div>\r\n                <div class=\"accordion-content\" style=\"display: none;\"><h6>Check-Out:<\/h6>\n<h5>10 AM<\/h5>\n<p>We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 AM, settle your bill at the reception, and return the key card.<\/p>\n<p>You are welcome to stay at our hotel after check-out and use the amenities (pools, included lunch for the children, etc&#8230;). Of course, free of charge. <\/p>\n<p>A late check-out is possible depending on availability and will be charged accordingly. Please contact the reception. <\/p>\n<p>We are happy to assist you with your luggage &#8211; just let us know at the reception!<\/p><\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n                    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\r\n                <div class=\"accordion-title\">Cancellation Policy<\/div>\r\n                <div class=\"accordion-content\" style=\"display: none;\"><p>Unless otherwise communicated, we refer to the cancellation policy according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3 months to 1 month before arrival<\/strong>: 30% of the booked arrangement price<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 month to 1 week before arroval<\/strong>: 70% of the booked arrangement price<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 week before arrival or no-show<\/strong>: 90% of the booked arrangement price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cancellations must always be made in writing via email. Of course, you can also inform us by phone in advance.  <\/p>\n<p>You can also find the cancellation policy in your personalized offer and booking confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n                    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\r\n                <div class=\"accordion-title\">Deposit<\/div>\r\n                <div class=\"accordion-content\" style=\"display: none;\"><p>Upon completion of your booking, a deposit of <strong>30% <\/strong>of the booked arrangement price is due <strong>within 14 days<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>The exact amount of the deposit, as well as our bank details, can be found in your booking confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, a deposit can also be made by credit card. Please bring your own dog blanket.  <\/p>\n<p>Valid insurance papers must be presented upon request (in case of damage).<\/p>\n<p>Please note that your four-legged companion is <strong>not allowed access to the pools, wellness area, and restaurants<\/strong>.
