BACK MASSAGE WITH REFLEXOLOGICAL FOOT THERAPY
After the therapist has pinpointed and relieved tightness in the back, he provides additional stimulation to the affected areas via the reflexological zones. The body's self-regenerating processes are energized and improvements in tension levels set in faster and last longer.

LYMPH DRAINAGE
Through the use of circular and spiral hand motions along the lymphatic pathways, phases of pressure increase, decrease and, finally, zero pressure are created. The result: lymph drainage is activated and blockages in the tissue are removed - tension in the tissue is relieved, the lymph is drained off and fresh, oxygen-rich blood plasma can nourish and regenerate the tissue. The vegetative nervous system is calmed. Also very good in promoting faster healing after operations.
